The 1st Timeless Film Festival Warsaw will open with a screening of the film The Martyrdom of Joan of Arc, directed by Carl Th. Dreyer (1929) combined with the premiere of the music to the film at the Warsaw Philharmonic!
On the 8th of April, 2024 at 7.30 p.m. the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir will perform a symphony commissioned by Stefan Wesołowski for the new festival.
The motion picture was listed as one of the best films of all time according to "Sight & Sound" magazine (2022).
