On the 4th of June, 2022 at 6.00 p.m. 70th anniversary of the Cracow Philharmonic Boys' Choir will be celebrated. The jubilee concert with the participation of the current choir and the ensemble of former, now adult singers will be conducted by the long-time choirmaster and ensemble leader - Lidia Matynian. The programme of the concert comprises of songs by Paweł Moszumański to words by Joanna Kulmowa and Paweł Kamza, Psalms for children and adults by Wojciech Widłak and a new composition by Henryk Jan Bator - Moon Walks, written especially for this occasion and presented to the public for the first time.
The ensemble will be accompanied by the Amadrums Trio, Airis String Quartet, organist Michał Białko and pianists Agnieszka Ignaszewska-Magiera and Paweł Moszumański. The concert will be hosted by Maurycy Popiel. A jubilee choir consisting of adult choristers, will also appear on stage and will present unforgettable vocal possibilities in the works of Stanisław Moniuszko, Artur Andrus and Jerzy Wasowski.
