Songs of the 19th and 20th centuries will resound in a 14th-century tenement house in Wrocław-currently the elegant Art Hotel Wrocław-during the concert on the 5th of March, 2023 at 18.00 as part of the 2nd International 'Brzmienie Fest' Festival . Mezzo-soprano Magdalena Wachowska and the artistic director of the Festival, pianist Iwona Sukienik will perform.

In this historic place in the heart of the city, we will hear works by Fryderyk Chopin, Stanisław Moniuszko, Karol Szymanowski and Stanisław Niewiadomski. There will also be an accent from the South and wonderful Gypsy melodies by Antonin Dvořák. The concert will be conducted by Grzegorz Bugaj.

The leitmotif of all events within the 2nd Festival, organized by the Culture of Sound Foundation, is the music of Polish and foreign composers of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries in arrangements for various instrumental ensembles.
