On February 8, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., the Lower Silesian Philharmonic will host a concert entitled "Slavic Sound Music with a Hint of Polish Character".
The programme of the evening includes works by Piotr Czajkowski – "Hamlet" Overture-Fantasia Op. 67 and Symphony No. 3 in D major – as well as Piano Concerto No. 2 by Ryszard Bukowski. The works will be performed by the Lower Silesia Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra under the baton of the Turkish conductor Hakan Sensoy. Maria Magdalena Bukowska-Janowska will perform as a soloist.
The Philharmonic of Lower Silesia participates in the program "Filharmonia / ostrożnie, wciąga !!!" organized by the Institute of Music and Dance from the funds of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
