Wrocław artists Katarzyna Zdybel-Nam and Katarzyna Kluczewska invite you to a special evening with chamber music for bassoon and piano at the National Music Festival on June 6, 2019 at 7:00 pm.
Katarzyna Zdybel-Nam and Katarzyna Kluczewska, instrumentalists cooperating with each other for years, will present repertoire from their latest album Romantic works released by Orphée Classics. The upcoming concert is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the works in which the bassoon plays a very important role. This instrument is used not only in the orchestral music, but also in solo and chamber repertoire.
The programme of the concert includes: Sonata Op. 2 No. 6 by Antoine Dard, Sonata Op. 168 by Camille Saint-Saëns, Three Romances Op. 94 by Robert Schumann, Five Miniatures by Gerard Drozd, and Introduction and Polonaise Op. 9 by Carl Jacobi.
