Warsaw | Scientific and Artistic Conference "Dialogue of modernity with tradition in Polish music of the 20th and 21st century"

The Fryderyk Chopin University of Music and the Academy of Arts in Szczecin invite you to the Scientific and Artistic Conference "Dialogue of modernity with tradition in Polish music of the 20th and 21st century", which will take place at the FCUM on 15-16 November 2019.

The conference will feature lectures by such famous composers and performers as: Anna Ignatowicz-Glińska, Edward Sielicki, Artur Kroschel, Weronika Ratusińska-Zamuszko, Róża Wilczak-Płaziuk, Leszek Lorent, Bartosz Kowalski-Banasewicz, Artur Cieślak, Joanna Freszel, Aldona Nawrocka-Woźniak, Katarzyna Kwiecień-Długosz, Anna Maria Huszcza, Pawel Kwapiński and Barbara Borowicz.

After the theoretical part, there will be two concerts: on 15 November at 7 p.m. in the Melcer Hall and on 16 November at 4 p.m. in the FCUM Concert Hall. The programme will include works by composers representing music universities from all over the country: Artur Cieślak, Anna Maria Huszcza, Anna Ignatowicz-Glińska, Bartosz Kowalski, Artur Kroschel, Paweł Kwapiński, Katarzyna Kwiecień-Długosz, Aldona Nawrocka, Weronika Ratusińska-Zamuszko, Jakub Szafranski , Olga Hans and Edward Sielicki.
