Warsaw | Concert on the 230th anniversary of the adoption of the May 3rd Constitution

DKS The JAX Association invistes you to a concert on the occasion of the 230th anniversary of the adoption of the May 3rd Constitution. The event will take place on 9 July 2021 at 6.00 p.m. at the "Świt" Cultural Centre in Warsaw.

The list of performers includes artists involved in national and international cultural life: Krzysztof Borysiewicz (bass) – collaborating with the Grand Theater – National Opera in Warsaw, Mainfranken Theater Würzburg, Salzburger Landestheater and Staatstheater Kassel, winner of the Grand Prix at the Francisco Vinas Vocal Competition in Barcelona; Róża Lorenc (violin) – winner of national and international violin competitions, multiple scholarship holder of the Mayor of Gdańsk; and Wiktor Brzuchacz (organ) – winner of the "Golden Laurel for Young Organist", graduate of the Conservatory in Saint-Germain-en-Laye and the Academy of Music in Poznań

The concert repertoire includes outstanding works of Polish and European music literature. In addition to compositions by Antonio Vivaldi, Edward Elgar and Gabriel Fauré, we will hear a wide range of Polish music, which impresses with compositional artistry, depth of expression and a variety of moods. Musical works will be intertwined with the historical outline of the adoption of the May 3rd Constitution.
