Ensemble Nostri Temporis (ENT) is an ukrainian ensemble specializing in performance of contemporary classical music. ENT was founded in Kyiv in 2007 by composer and oboist Maksym Kolomiiets and composer and pianist Oleksii Shmurak. After having began their concert activity with anthological programs of musical avantgarde and modernism, as well as programs dedicated to Giacinto Scelsi and Bernd Alois Zimmermann, the Ensemble subsequently concentrated on popularization of works of the most prominent contemporary composers.

From 2010 the Ensemble is headed by composer and musical manager Bohdan Sehin. Since then ENT is a frequent participant of all the main contemporary music festivals in Ukraine, regularly produces its own creative projects, as well as performs internationally. In 2012 ENT initiated and organized the Master Classes of New Music COURSE which take place annually since then. In March 2013 ENT is an co-organizer of Ukrainian Biennale of New Music. In 2011 the audio book Taras Prokhasko and Serhiy Zhadan read Czesław Miłosz was released with support from Polish Institute in Kyiv. The music for this audio book was composed by Oleksii Shmurak, Bohdan Sehin and Maksym Kolomiiets and performed by ENT. In 2012 ENT has released their first CD - LIVE, containing their best concert recordings from 2011-2012.

By working closely with contemporary composers from different eras, the Ensemble has brought to light many new names in composition, and initiated the emergence of a tide of original composition. ENT popularizes new music through performances on a wide range of contemporary music festivals as well as by producing their own concert projects. The Ensemble is open to collaboration with artists and organizations working in every artistic discipline, having already initiated cross-disciplinary projects in drama, poetry, and cinema.
