The 53rd Polish Composers’ Union Musicological Conference devoted to "Non-absolute Music" will be held at the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz on October 3–5, 2024. Individual presentations in the form of papers of up to 20 minutes, broader panels with the participation of at least 3 speakers of up to 60 minutes and short messages of up to 10 minutes are planned. The deadline for submitting applications is the 10th of April, 2024.
The organizers propose to reflect on music that:
- is created as a result of inspiration from various sources, permeated by "fluids coming from many dimensions",
- causes resonance - "generates vibrations" among artists representing various art disciplines,
- requires the involvement of other media and modern technologies for full resonance,
