A concert featuring songs and film music by Zygmunt Konieczny will be held on January 22, 2017 at the Concert Hall of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice.
The programme, performed by Agata Zubel (soprano), Andrzej Bauer (cello), Cezary Duchnowski (electronic instruments), Bartek Wąsik (piano) and Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra under Paweł Przytocki, includes Konieczny’s popular movie themes (such as excerpts from Pornography and Jasminum dir. by J.J. Kolski), as well as new arrangements of his songs to words by J. Tuwim, K.K Baczyński, A. Osiecka, M. Białoszewski, M. Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska and other authors.
