On 27 April 2020, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage published a list of successful appeals in the "Music" programme, operated by the Institute of Music and Dance.
The aim of the programme is to support projects that promote tradition and the most outstanding achievements of the centuries-old heritage of Polish music culture, as well as projects focused on creating new values and searching for original means of artistic expression. The programme's tasks include supporting projects implemented primarily outside the standard framework of the ongoing activity of applicants.
As part of the appeal procedure, the Minister approved 78 applications. In 2020, the "Music" programme will finance 216 projects for a total amount of PLN 23 073 398.
